What are the GOOD networks with email submits

I have a nice amount of BH traffic, and I want to funnel this into some email and zip submits - but despite being signed up to 8 networks. I'm finding it difficult to get good offers.

Its not that they are not listed, but the shaving percentage is silly. If 100 people do a submit, I would like to see more than 2 or 3 being credited to my account.

Is it too much to expect? The traffic is real people - im not doing and proxy work.

So who should I look out for - who is a DECENT CPA network?

as i know copeac has a e-mail submits..maybe i wrong...

but i'm sure maxbounty.com has e-mail submit offers.

Maxbounties redirect servers dont implement p3p correctly - so if you are planning on using a iframe for the offers, dont expect ANY conversions.

Adjal automatically approves you and has email submits - im still not sure if they are producing correct stats tho. The also seem to have the p3p sorted correctly meaning iframes are possible.

Neverblue and Hydra offer email/zip submits and they are among the most honest networks available.

m also using the maxbounty.com...its a great CPA and offering me the best....you can find a lot of email submit offers there at the maxbounty!!!
