What are the good lightweight WP themes in 2016?

It has been a while since I've had to look for a WP theme but right now I need to find something and I'm looking for a nice & fast lightweight theme without the clutter and of course good mobile responsiveness.

If you have any suggestions, please recommend them in this thread!

and when I said "in 2016" in the subject that does not mean the theme had to be created in 2016; I just mean that it's good for 2016. For example, if Genesis is still one of the better lightweight themes out there, that works for me too.

do you want it with bootstrap or not ?

I only use Genesis. That's all I'll ever use for the foreseeable future.

I'm absolutely nuts about their frameworks and their minimalist themes. Both are just aces.
