In my opinion the biggest problem is that there is no clear quality system. Most providers write “Real” to their services and all SMM panels copy it blindly. There are “Real” Likes for $0.11 and “Real” Likes for $4. The customer cannot understand what HQ, Real, Super Real, AD Real… means. There are also emojis that only further confuse customers... Is the flame emoji higher than the star emoji or is it more like the crown emoji...

SMM panels should serve as a marketplace where providers can offer their services, but the services should be neutrally checked and evaluated beforehand.

What else should change in your opinion? I'm looking forward to your ideas.

You nailed it, its an infinite game of hit or miss, time and energy consuming.

The biggest problems in the SMM (Social Media Marketing) industry include rapidly changing platform algorithms, maintaining user engagement, measuring ROI effectively, dealing with fake followers and bots, and ensuring privacy and data security.

Biggest problem is on the root - essentially its not illegal system. That's why %90 of new starter on smm industry directl focus on short-cut gain money. They npt focus on costumer satisfaction. This is available for resellers.

For real provider they have same issue as well. They are just coder. They dont know anything about branding - costumer realtions. They just create their data and server and never insterest remain part and as you know they are root of all smm indusrty. Thats why when root of system is shit, all under brand keep on in this business style.

Yeah, situation is exactly as you described, but there's a reason this industry is so popular. When you use the services correctly, they work. It's totally a coin flip, though; if you come across low-quality services and make the wrong purchases, you might as well throw your account in the trash. However, purchases made under certain conditions with the right services can genuinely affect your organic engagement. At the end, I believe someone who plans to use or sell these services needs to set aside $20-100 just to find the right service.

I totally agree. I'm new to the industry, but even people like me could see such problem like giving a fck about your clients.

yea that is a major problem also have to test many different panels every few weeks to make sure their accounts are still good and have not been flagged or shadow banned.

The biggest problem is definitely websites that lack solid support. Trying to make money without providing customer support is a big nonsense

Support systems must be swift and solution-driven, prioritizing customer feedback for continual improvement. Proactive resolution of issues is paramount, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction and business success.

They have the problem with the legitimate provider. All they are are programmers. They have little knowledge of customer relations or branding. Since they are the foundation of the whole SMM industry, they just produce their data and servers and never take an interest in staying involved. That's why all under brand continue to operate in this manner even when the system's foundation is flawed.

It is important that the service you receive pays off. The most important thing is to provide accurate information to customers and realistic solutions.
