Hey everyone,
I have multiple domains that I’m currently not actively using. Most of them already have websites set up but the traffic is close to zero.
I’m looking for ideas on how I could potentially monetize these websites or make better use of them.
What strategies or approaches would you recommend in this situation?

You cannot monetize a site that has zero traffic. Businesses want people to see their products and services that's why they advertise.

You could focus on finding niches or audiences that match your sites and create content or offers that genuinely interest them. But everything is still based on having enough traffic on the site

Traffic is the king. Search, social, doesn't matter how you get.
0 traffic means no one can find your sites.
Focus on traffic first.

sell the domains
without traffic, there is no value, not even domain parking will make you money if you do not have traffic

If the domains already have websites set up, you could try turning them into niche content sites and monetize with ads or affiliate links. Another option is using them for lead generation in a specific local niche and selling the leads to businesses.

If you have multiple websites but almost no traffic, the main issue isn't "how to monetize," but rather creating value or traffic beforehand. However, there are still some popular strategies to leverage those domains. Below are some of the most effective methods that many SEOs and webmasters are using.Firstly, you can monetize your website with Google AdSense or Amazon links, and then place backlinks from those websites to your main website to boost SEO. I'm not sure if I'm right, but you can try it.

If the domains already have sites, the easiest win is usually repurposing them instead of starting from scratch, like turning them into niche content sites, lead gen pages, or small topical blogs targeting low-competition keywords. You can also use them for supporting your main projects through internal linking, testing SEO ideas, or redirecting the strongest ones if they still have backlinks or domain history.
