SES definitely doesn't accept crypto. And I can only get it from resellers.
I have used Sendgrid and Mailgun but they have the same issue with lack of crypto payments.
There are smaller services I used successfully like Nitromail and SMTP2Go. Are these resellers? Because the email dashboard looks identical in both cases.

SendGrid, Brevo, GetRespinse, aWaber, MailChimp....and all of these are not for cold and mass mailing, it's against their terms and you'll get banned very quickly.
Build your own SMTP server if you know how, it requires some syslinux skills, know how SMTP works, DNS records, reputation.....
Or use a tool that allows you to send from multiple Gmail/outlook.. and proxies.

i think it depend what u want to use it for
i tried few before like Amazon SES and SendGrid and both were ok but setup is bit confusing in starting
also heard good things about Mailgun but didnt test much personally
from what i see deliverability is not only about smtp provider, more about how u warmup domain and email reputation
even best service wont help if list is not clean
btw are u using it for bulk emails or normal sending?

Most of the tools mentioned here work well for transactional email but struggle with cold outreach at scale. The issue isn't the SMTP provider — it's that shared IP infrastructure means your reputation is tied to thousands of other senders you have no control over.
For cold email specifically, Google Workspace on aged custom domains with proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup consistently outperforms dedicated SMTP tools on inbox placement. Each inbox has its own reputation, and you control the warmup from day one.
The warmup question at the bottom is the right one to ask — domain age and warmup period matter more than the SMTP tool itself. A fresh domain on any provider will land in spam for the first 3-4 weeks regardless.

For WooCommerce you usually want a proper transactional email service instead of a random SMTP. Something like Amazon SES or SendGrid is more stable and handles deliverability better than basic SMTP hosts. Just make sure your domain DNS is set right or even good providers will still hit spam issues.
Good point about warmup and reputation. That's where most setups fail, not the SMTP provider itself.
For bulk cold email, you'd also need multiple domains and inbox rotation. Transactional SMTP (like for Woo) works fine for order emails, but it's a different game for outreach

For WooCommerce, focus on proper transactional SMTP providers like Postmark, SES, SendGrid, Brevo, or similar instead of “cheap bulk SMTP” services. Make sure SPF/DKIM are correctly set up and use WP Mail SMTP plugin to avoid deliverability issues and spam folder problems.

Very few reputable email providers support direct cryptocurrency payments. The reason is that they need to control abuse/spam, so they usually require traceable payments (cards, PayPal).
