Diversification is key. One who says pbn doesn't work is 100% right for one who doesn't maintained it or diversified it.

Then, how to maintain pbn ? simply as guest blog & you can even earn good money from guest blogs for just publish article. As long as you earn by getting article published to your blogs --

Your blog gets Alexa.
Your blog gets page authority ( if as many interesting posted articles Gets reader to read & share)
Your blog gets good domain authority ( if interesting posted article gets natural back links.
Your blog gets quick indexing power, then use it for affiliate & bank more money.

Reduce allowing article by charging them like $$$ for an interesting article. Certainly this would be the key for successful bloggers.

A good example of "Best seo technique 2015 will be this thread title & it's hidden technique":)

You see, one of the best user searchable keyword for seo niche is " what are the best seo techniques for 2015" If doubt google it & you will find this thread some days later. Not only you, but also every targeted audience right? They might click & see some of the signature links which appears interesting or service they looking for.

In that case, the hidden technique "signature link" works out. Yeah it's really possible to convert targeted audience into targeted clients.

But there are factors & facts involved.

So, fact no1. The one who given useful information will get High possible rate - that's signature promotion

Fact no2. Some people doesn't know before reading this ;)

P.S :- Mehhhh.. In some cases - op signature might work ( seo service related signature ) but in many cases, best seo techniques work more for one who sharing right information at right time.

SEO is much too broad to answer this question. Are you going for the long run? If so, then being conservative is a must. Are you going for quick project? Then a more aggressive project will probably be more profitable.

You mentioned "your website" which probably implies it's something you'd like to keep for the long run? If so, then on-page SEO, clean links, mobile friendly, HTTPS, etc, are the way to go.

The links that people build for you, because your content is awesome. No amount of PBN backlinks will outpower real back links from real people, on real websites.

PBN links will get found, and they will get penalized before long. It's just a matter of time
 
Alright, I hate spoon feeding threads like this but I'll bite this once.

1) Hand written unique content on ALL tier 1 links and unique on all tier 2 links.

2) Link diversity.

3) Natural authority links. These you have to figure out how to earn, you can't buy. But they are key.

4) Careful dripfeeding. No more dumping links, velocity must match realistic numbers based on your traffic.

5) A live social campaign for your site, with its own FB page G+ page, and Twitter page.

6) Good on-site SEO.

7) A good REAL aged website, no more ranking day old sites for $5,000 a day keywords.
 
Find sites related to your niche that have good, aged authority that are active in adding new content, contact them about adding a SEOed post (unique content) written for their keyword under their byline for free, so long as it also links to your site. Note I did not say "guest post," as that designation on the site may cause your link to get devalued by Google.

You might have to comb through 50 such high PA/DA/TF sites to find 1-2 to accept your content, so we're not talking putting out lots of content (maybe one 300 wd post/article a day for 1-2 months). P.S.: You might also try adding comments to articles published in top newspapers in their online editions, as many such pages acquire strong PA without carrying the stigma of hosting "blog comments."

Been ranking great with PBNs since 2007. Still waiting for google to finally penalize all PBNs once and for all.

I'd say avoid cheap links like those on Fiverr.
Go invest in editorial links! Do some guest blogging outreach yourself too!
