Also, VPS hosting is a type of hosting with full root access and a seperate ip so it's going to be much faster than the normal hosting.
My last tip would be always clear everything with support before purchasing hosting anywhere this way you are sure of what you buy.

I would like to start a porn site and I am looking for DMCA ignored hosting. I had a similar site in the past but due to work I couldn't finish it.
It is not illegal but classic porn.

Vicetemple seems like a good option but I have the problem with them that their hosting is (at least for me) terribly slow...sometimes it doesn't even load their own site
Shinjiru is such a sure bet, that's what I consider the most
Ultahost seems to me to be the best option in the price/quality ratio. It's fast and their prices are very good, but I don't know if they realistically ignore the DMCA. It's one thing if they claim it and another if it's true
Alexhost is praised by some people, but many people swear at it because of the frequent outages
this is a bigger and longer term project so I need certainty
