Searched for a thread for this and couldn't find much beyond smartalecs posting LMGTFY links. So um please don't do that LOL :p I want to benefit from your experience (and isn't that what the forum is for after all).

I'd like to know what you guys think are the best free domain name idea generators out there. I only really know Namestation ATM.

Nothing will be totally automated. You still need keywords for a proper set of available domains.

He is in search of free domain name generators. That is software which confirm the availability of domains which are not taken yet. Not free domains.

DomainInspect allows you to drop your main keywords in there and you set up a list of prefix keywords and suffix keywords and it shuffles all variations and checks for availability on all tlds you select. If you make a good list of prefix and suffix words you can save a lot of time with this tool.

It's best to use it with proxies. I don't think it has proxy support but use proxyfirewall and add your own. Old school method but still works if you are looking for new domains.

    Use tools. Not magic software.
