What are the best file locker programs in 2018?

Ideally, the file locker would offer affiliates the following:

1-Variety of payment methods for user and affiliate (including pp)
2-Hosts content "forever"
3-Allows webmaster to create specific premium-only options
3-Enables webmaster to customize the landing page
4-Good %, at least 60%, but higher is better
