Hey man - the truth is anyone who's making good money with these territories won't share it because it increases competition
With that said I'll give you some clues.
1) With your affiliate network - look at high performing offers and see if you spot trends in the GEO
2) With your traffic network - manually check the rates and take a note of the costs
3) Compare the above 2 metrics with a tier 1 country like US and lower tier like South Africa as a baseline and see if there's a good opportunity
4) Test the campaigns and eventually you'll find good geos that nobody is talking about
As a freebie I know people were making good money with Egypt 6 - 12 months ago but not sure if that's still the case
