What are the best "Black Hat" techniques for getting leads from Facebook

As the title says, who has used "Black Hat" methods on social media to get leads and what are the best ones?

Only black hat method I can think of is creating multiple FB ads accounts under 1-2 business accounts. Next attach empty prepaid cards to them & max out billing on all accounts for leads at no cost.

How long do you think it would take before the page the ad account affected with was blocked?

How about lead generation? Data Scraping etc?
