Coinmarketcap dot com in my experience isn't the best info website for Crypto quotes and prices.

Alternatives to CoinMarketCap include Coinbase, Binance, Kraken, and CryptoCompare. I don't use any specific website; my knowledge is based on pre-September 2021 information.
 
They all use the same API

Coingecko & Coinmarketcap
 
Coingecko is the closest one with live data
You can also use trading view to track price movements

Coingecko has some additional cool features.

Coingeckon, poocoin and you can also use exchanges.

Ive been using CMC/CG and find their portfolio tracker kind of amazing, what exactly don’t you like about CMC?
