Depends if you want to do incentive or not.
I made nice cash with Adscend Media so i can recommend you that one. And some people won't agree with me but I enjoy working with EWA (and for Incentive BlamAds is awesome with even better support on them- they are having best support ever)

I like Neverblue they are a great network, just don't send shit traffic because they are strict.
I've ran $xx,xxx through Adscend for Incentive gateway traffic, I do not recommend using anyone for an incentive gateway.
If your going to do incentives, use a gateway tool like Black hat code breaker with a geo IP script or a lightbox or something and do it yourself. Its a HUGE difference in $$.
You could probably convert incentive traffic at $.60~$1.90 EPC by yourself as opposed to $.10~$.60 with a network.

Good for getting paid on the back end might as well get paid for using programs anyway.
