What are the basics for blog devolpment?

Hy Guys: Me and my friend create blogs and apply for adsens or affiliated market. The admin mostly replay that your blog is under development process because of this we are not able to approve your request.
Please guide us what are the necessary and important factors for the complete development of blog.

Im not sure I understand fully what you mean buddy but if you need help installing wordpress or just setting up a blog there is tons of tutorials on YT as well as on here for beginners. if you mean you need help with a theme, layout, structure, etc then thats another item or if you just need to know the basics Crazy Monkey has you covered there, mainly post real, non bs content and keep it consistent. obviously all these factors matter but the main thing is to continue to do them consistently and with new and engaging content at all times.
