What are the Amazon Affiliate verification procedures, if any?

I already have an Amazon affiliate account, but now I want another one in a fake name, to separate my Blackhat from my Whitehat sales.

I am trying to recall if there were any verification procedures when I signed up, but I do not think they were. Guess my questions are:

1. No ID-card copies needed when signing up? Just a name and one of my URL's, right?
2. The Payoneer card can be sent out straight away, or do I have to wait one or two payments until I can get that card?
3. The Payoneer card gets sent in non-registered mail, in a normal envelope, right?
4. There are no further verification procedures when the Payoneer card has received X amount of cash through it?

Seems like i have to answer to those questions:
1. No ID needed, Amazon only needs your number and you can buy prepaid SIM for that
2. Payoneer card will be sent automatically when you get accepted.
3. You get the card with non-registered mail in normal envelope. Then you have to verify on their website.
4. No verifications further. Unless you transfer huge amounts.

If you try to use blackhat for Amazon then be careful. I don`t know your exact strategy for "blackhat sales" but you need to show correct referer to Amazon. If you get traffic from "blackhat" methods then always redirect the traffic through "white hat looking" site for correct referer.
