Highly recommend to check PPV system by August Bradley. It's changing my life, never been that organised and focus before. He shows on YouTube how to create it on notion.

percountant on iphone. tracks expenses and income. may not be excatly what u need but for the finance tracking part im very happy with it. free as well.

I will check them both out thanks so much.
I have heard of PPV system but not percountant so excited to try them.
