What are some programs that I can upload videos under multiple accounts

I want to expand my income and youtube seems like a good route and I want to explore it. Basically I want a program that logs into accounts and uploads a video I select and give it a description. Kudos if it does annotations. I am very new to this type of thing and I appreciate the help!

You could always use YouToob (YouToobME). It does offer a unique feature no other bot have! It actually makes each video you upload unique before uploading it to bypass the "flag one video, get them all flagged" circle.
