Trying to go into ORM and would like to hear if there's any software that you guys personally use?

What would a software do exactly... Not sure what you're asking?

From what I read:
1) Funneling your customers to leave a reviews
2) Automated emailing follow up
3) SMS text (Not sure if this works for all geo)
4) NPS filtering
5) Social listening

Not sure if I am missing out anything?

The software should meet a need you have, not the other way around. For your list, it looks like you're wanting to do reviews. I would suggest either reselling a service, or starting simply with your first client.

But what is the use of a software in online reputation management? Do you want to create some reviews or just want to make some spammy stuff?
