What are some niches!?

My question is this:

What website/forum niches would people who would/might be interested in purchasing hosting visit? For instance, an internet marketing forum is obviously a good place to advertise for website hosting. Forum niches I have come up with are internet marketing, blackhat, web design, and coding. Can you please think of some more? Possibly a gaming forum(etc..)?

Freelance sites/forums - Most of the freelancers next step is jumping into IM world. So, than IM forums, you can get more leads there.

Depending on your background but think about the popular trends in merchandise; sometimes it helps to think like a women... they like bedding supplies, know how articles in your area (tech, web, etc...), try not going to tech; we are here and most techs are techs that only read new breakout news like the bluetooth ads promoting billboards and malls. Pick an area that you see a need and write about it. If not get someone that is good in that area and have them write it (free outsource until you get some mula $$)

Hosting, Design, Advertising, Marketing, PPC Management, SEO, Internet Marketing, Online Business Forums, Startups, Freelancers, Forum Management Forums, Coding, etc. Sub categories: General Talk, best practices, product reviews, etc. So many ways to make combinations for an endless # of sites.
