So I was wondering how to run FB ads to build targetted followers, lookalike audience for later lead gen purposes while lowering the cost with each iteration.
Facebook has made it extremely easy right now. The way i run ads for my clients :
- Creat a CBO campaign (min. $100/day)
- We will need 3 DCT ad sets and 1 Champion Ad set
- Each DCT will use our “3:2:2” method which is: 3 creatives, 2 hooks, 2 copies
- Keep the DCTs on for 7 days, extract the winning ad to champion ad set
- Repeat

If a DCT is getting the most ad spend but with bad results turn it off. Make sure you leave it on for at least 3 days

I am running FB ads by using old (aged) Facebook accounts because they are safer and last longer. I add new payment cards to each account. I also use cloaking to hide my real website from Facebook.
For targeting, I choose a broad audience and turn on CBO (Campaign Budget Optimization) so Facebook can find the best people to show the ads to. This method is working well for me right now.
 
Using video ads and interactive formats like polls has been working well. Testing different ad types and refining audience targeting helps improve results
 
It is hard to say cause I have a very good Facebook ads manager just for take care of that for me, I am very good in create new things and etc but sometimes we need people so we can scaling, we can’t do everything alone, but if i was you I would try a mentorship with someone that has results for teach me what he knows so i can apply
