Ive been looking for a dedicated VPN for couple days, i dont want a shared vpn, something that works good in Brazil, im traveling right now and want to use eBay. If anyone can help me out, it would be greatly appreciated, thanks

I searched for VPN Brasil and I got back a bunch of offers. Have you tried any of those?

I use TunnelBear, its really good. Been using it for my ebay methods recentley once my accounts got banned. TunnelBear is free but you can also buy it for $4.99 UNLIMITED BANDWITH. The free version is also cool! You get 1GB and a half each month. Its a great service.
