What are some good Netflix affiliates?

Hi there. Netflix is most likely opening in my country soon, and I imagine they will also use affiliates to promote their services. Now I want to get a head start and start setting up a website already. For my reasearch and inspiration-- what are some good current Netflix affiliates?

I've seen a lot of Youtubers promoting their stuff, movie / tv blogs, price comparison sites and a "what does netflix cost" website. Anyone know of any more?

I may be wrong here, but from what I know Netflix doesnt have an affiliate program currently.
They used to have one through google affiliates. When that shot down, I thought for a while they moved to flexoffers. When those guys denied my application, I emailed Netflix directly asking them about an aff program.
They got back to me about 1 week later and said they currently don't have one, but are looking to set one up.

I believe you can find some CPA offers about netflix which will pay out for every sign up or something like that.
