You want something good to copy from, but you won't create it because you cannot find something good?
It's a deadlock. Start what you have in mind and improvise. Looking for something good enough to copy from will keep you on the lookout forever. Just my two cents. Good luck, keep looking.

If you are anyways going to copy paste the articles then better hit news articles. Most of the news channels will have their online blogging sites. If you use chrome then you can checkout the feed and it's flooded with the crypto news all the time if you are surfing that content a lot. The idea would be to go on their articles, get the data copies and scramble it in your own words.
The good thing is you will get content which has good SEO hits as they are already written that way. All you need to do is keep posting on your own blog on daily basis.

Join crypto channels on telegram. There are tons that has lots of subscribers.. Grab all the admin posts and screenshots for your latest content. Brag about some current reviews or buyer or subscriber.

Do you know Technical Analysis? If yes, why not have a blog that analyses various coins daily?
Set up a Twitter account and tweet like others and create authority in the industry, then have something going on telegram.
Unlimited way to approach it, TBH.
People want to know what's going on with their portfolio, the coin they are about to trade.....
