I don't get it. So you create an English website and rank in France, or make a French website with an English title and rank in France?

There's a lot of great tutorials here. Plus what I use for my niches might not work for yours. Parasite effectiveness changes constantly so reading up some threads here they have guides on finding current ones.

Possible, if your no follow links are relevant and your competitor’s do follow links are low quality.
