What are some best payment gateways who allow recurring billing and are open to almost every kind of membership websites?

I used 2ckeckout and it's the best in my opinion.

Stripe, Paypal, any Merchant (with authorize net portal)...

If you also need a cart and affiliate capability, these are my favorites:

JVZoo, Zaxaa, SamCart.

The above carts connect to the payment gateway.

I should note stripe is not the best, but it's a great addition to PP for sure.

2checkout and there paypal addon best addon ever, they even do programming addons.

Also it does payoneer

Cart

Use woo commerce

Catch use

W3 total catch

Seo

Toast

Wordpress

Skrill as far as I know. Paypal may work, but in most cases the will restrict the account.

With PayPal you will able to sell to the most of users because it's the most popular payment gateway and available in most of the countries.
After that if you need to process CC/DC then in my opinion Skrill is good but unfortunately the support of them is worst. You have to wait at least from a week to a month. They do not reply the tickets. So you may have to try many times via phone support. Support is the most important think you need from your payment processor and here they failed to provide that.
The 3rd option is stipe to process CC/DC if your product is not High risk then they will be good for you.

Hope this will help you! :)

Best Regards,

I am using paypal and I think it is the best payment gateway.

I've used Paypal, Stripe and 2Checkout.

In terms of ease of implementation, in the following order:
Paypal, 2Checkout and Stripe

In terms of helpfulness in getting started and responding to queries:
Stripe, 2Checkout then Paypal

In terms of handling chargebacks/disputes:
Paypal much better than 2Checkout, 2CO has ridiculous fees for this. No exp. yet with Stripe on this.

No such thing as best. We need to know what your niche is and whether it is high risk or not. One thing that might work best for your friend might not be the best for you. Once you provide some details we could give you a more prompt answer.

If you're not a high-risk business (gambling, adult, etc.) then definitely Stripe. Their API is incredible and they're always my go-to for credit card processing when I need to implement it for clients.

I don't know much about high-risk gateways, but a friend of mine recommends Paxum, so might be worth a shot. PayPal is still a good default option if you want minimal code integration.

Plug your site into clickbank, I think they have very good recurring system, and clients can pay via paypal, and you can offer affiliate program on your site and get your affiliates to promote your site. Just a thought!
