What are safe "bot" settings for Instagram these days?

I am running 150 Instagram accounts with some blocks now and then but it is fine.
You need to start by a warming phase. You can start by 10 f/unf daily and increase by 10 until you reach 150-200 f/unf daily.
Same for like.
Dm is hard to automate, you need to have a good spintext and don't send links in your message. Tagging other accounts is fine. From my experience 20 dm is safe after a warming phase.
You need also to do random things mixing with all those actions, example viewing your daily feeds, check your followers profile, view stories, view websites on the App all this randomly and mixed with your f/unf like and dm.
With this method you will have less chance to get blocked so it is safer.
