What are permanent PR2 and PR3 inner page backlinks worth nowadays?

I checked a few sites I manage and realized I have a stick pile of around 25(+/-) PR2 & PR3 pages. Probably a few handfuls of PR1 pages too. I currently have comments tuned off but could easily turn them back on should I want to allow backlinks.

My question is what are permanent PR2 and PR3 inner page backlinks worth nowadays? I was thinking of selling backlinks to a reseller if the price was right.

Personally, I'd pay between 5-10 for one of those links if you were selling them willy nilly or a little more if you controlled the comments very closely to eliminate possible blowback from Google. But that may not be the going rate, just what I would pay!

I manage the sites and host them, so I have full control over every aspect of the sites.

That seems a fair price. PR3 is not particularly high. I can normally get a link from the Huffington Post inside 40 minutes and that's PR8. and I would sell that for $250 a time. It's a sliding scale that ramps up expotentially.
