What are main rules for buying links?

I establish few websites. I want to buy links from other sites and want to know in what main things I have to look. Also maybe there is tools which can help to check all these things? Thank you.

You can buy links from the services for sale section {--------- on the left side. if you have money to invest, you can always buy tools to help you build links... scrapebox is used for blog commenting and can be bought for $57 in the items for sale section, again on the left side.

Be careful in buying links from other sites and you could be scammed easily, buy from trusted people either here, ixrumer is a respectable seller otherwise I've heard good things about fiverr but personally have never tried the latter.

siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com is a good website for checking backlinks to your website and where they are coming from.

But lets say what features have to have website from which I am going to buy. What I have to check. PR, Alexa rank?

I would focus more on getting a contextual link (in the middle of a paragraph) on a related topic.

PR, alexa and everything else isn't as important when you're buying links. BTW, be careful with direct buys. A lot of webmasters will snitch to google. If enough do, you might be in trouble.
