Instagram has a certain limit on the number of accounts you can create and use (safely) per device per ip (probably around 4) , so even if you're using something like bluestacks + bluestacks tweaker to falsify your device details you'll need one high quality proxy (as opposed to a public proxy/vpn like hma which has probably been insta-raped hundreds of times) for every four insta accounts you want to make and grow, be it manually or with bots.
This is where proxy sellers and instagram proxies come in. Basically you buy proxies that are (supposed to be) safe to use with instagram. Saves you time and money, especially if you're running a big autopilot operation with hundreds of accounts.
