What are good sites with high ranking for ORM?

My client has many positive testimonials and then a few negative reviews on Page 1 of Google.
I want to publicize these testimonials. Where are some of the best sites? I found YouTube and Yelp rank highly. Any suggestions please? Thank you.

How do you plan to publicize the testimonials? If their videos then Youtube, Vimeo and DailyMotion. You can't really re-publicize testimonials on Yelp. Your best options could be a press release, website, and there are a handful of paid review sites like Reach150.com.
