From everything I've seen, it is. Or at least close to it. I've had several offers over $400 and a local offer. I am still on the fence if I want to sell it. Not sure what your issue is. You tried to buy it off me for 50$ and then got mad when I said "No". So now you follow me around low balling me?

Account is now over 8 years old.
