Was reading the new spam policy. Im trying to learn what doorway pages are. is it when you have doorway.com and doorwayS.com where doorwayS.com links to doorway.com ?

Doorway page is a website made to show up in search results and send people to another site, without giving any information.

Doorway Pages are more about Low-Quality content designed to search engines rather than multiple domains linking to each other.

Please be reminded, focus on creating valuable and user content will be best practices.

Yes, doorway pages are low-quality pages created to rank for similar keywords and funnel users to the same destination, like if doorways.com simply links to or redirects to doorway.com.

Doorway pages are web pages made to rank high in search results using tricky SEO methods. These pages are created just to send visitors to another site, often with little useful content on the page itself. They may focus on specific keywords to attract search engine traffic but don't offer much value to users. Instead, their goal is to lead people to a different website or page.

To put up a doorway en masse, you must have a tested scheme:
- on which domains to put doorway
- how to build content on them
- what sub-page and internal linking structure to make
- how to index them in google
- how to transfer traffic to the money page

Doorway pages aren’t necessarily bad on their own. The issue is when they pretend to be the actual page with the info you're looking for, but they don't deliver. In a way, search results are kind of like doorway pages too—they just show you where the real info is. The problem started when people began making their own doorway pages, and it ended up being a terrible experience for Google users.

Imagine you're searching for something, find a Google result that looks like it has the answer, and click on it. The page loads, but instead of the info, it says, "Click this button to see the answer." So, you click it, and then it asks you to confirm again. You finally get to the page, but there’s still no answer—just a bunch of text and another link that says, "Click here for the best answer." You follow that, and it takes you to a book page, saying the info is in the book, and you need to buy it. So they trick you to visit 10 different pages and ultimately asking you to buy something from them.

A door inside a door inside another door; the endless rabbit hole! People used to make websites like this, and it was the most annoying thing ever.

No, when you own both the domains doors.com and doorsS.com, the domain doorsS.com will not automatically link to doors.com.
