What are current twitter follow limits? March 2015

Hello can somebody tell me:

-How many people can i follow in 24 hours?

-How many people can i unfollow in 24 hours?

-Can i do the max follow and unfollow limits in the same 24 hours?

1000 each and yes you can for the last question

Does this include accounts that are not aged? Is there not a 1-2 weeks new account limits?

It is actually around 940 for me on brand new accounts. What do you mean by 1-2 weeks new account limit? I am able to follow 940ish as soon as I create the account. I didn't think there was an unfollow limit but maybe I am wrong. Around a month ago when I was mass unfollowing I thought I was able to unfollow all 1800 at once, maybe I am forgetting.
