What are class-C ips?

I have seen that in lots of threads about autoblogs and other methods and despite I googled and also searched in wikipedia I didn't find any clear explanation. I also searched here but with no luck...I would thank anyone that can explain me or give me a link to some information. Thanks!

Class C Ips are local area network IPs which are not accessible from outside the corporate LAN. Correct me if I am wrong !

Also, to answer your second question, no company such as 000webhost is going to provide you with different Class-C IPs; that is shared hosting. In fact, it is even a pain to get them from huge dedicated server hosting companies without a very good reason. In my past experience, SEO was not a good enough reason for the companies that I tried with. Nevertheless, I think it has more to do with ARIN than the hosting companies.

I will explain things a bit further though...

With shared hosting, you are sharing one IP with everyone else who has their hosting setup on that particular server.

With dedicated hosting, you get your own server; depending on the company, you should get around 5 IPs, but they will all have the same Class-C number.

It is not easy to get a bunch of your own Class-C IPs, as mentioned above. However, this forum has BlackHat Hosting available that will work with you on Class-C IPs (I think). It is at the very bottom of the "Navigation Menu" on the "Home" page of this forum. I am not sure if I am allowed to post a link to it, so try to find it through there please.
