What Antivirus do you recommend?

Not talking about personal experience since I use no antivirus, fact of software that is the best in term of heuristic signature is:
Kaspersky
Avira
Then Norton is not bad.
These are the proven top. Most of the times however any antivirus should do as long as it's not windows defender.

If you don't care about the Windows 10 lack of privacy then why not install another spy program? Kaspersky is the best antivirus although it'll be sending your dick pics to Russia.
