What am I looking at here?

Hey guys,

Just learning the ropes of this Cloaking/Doorway stuff and I am wondering what exactly it is I am looking at with a certain page (sorry can't post links yet). I'll explain the problem below and if someone who thinks they could help could fire me a message, Ill forward the link.

Ok so I know that this page is cloaked or a doorway or something, I just don't know what kind. Its a static page for the most part, heavy on the SEO terms with a few links that don't lead to the page I know it redirects to. I've tried going to the page directly and through a few different search engines but it doesnt appear to redirect automatically either. In fact it doesnt appear to do anything I would think a doorway cloaked page would do (again, I'm new at this) yet I've seen the redirect numbers telling me it's the source. Can someone help me figure this out?

Im not trying to screw anybody or even replicate the technique. Im just looking for a basic description of what this website is actually doing. Even a theory.

On second thought, it might not be straight redirects, it may be that the page in question just shares an inordinate amount of traffic with the other page.

What kind of technique would be a play in that situation?
