What am I doing wrong??

So I invested $50 in a CPC site called 7search.
The past 2 days I have been experimenting with email submit campaigns.
I received over 400 clicks to one campaign, and only received 1 lead.
other attempts were just as bad.
My keywords were all high traffic one's through google.
Does anybody have a idea what I could be doing wrong?
I appreciate any helpful information.

1) Does your landing page have sufficient call to action?
2) Do you target keywords strongly related to the product?

I don't use a landing page for the offer I am using.
I think it looks great like it is.
Yes most of my keywords are strongly related.
