What Am I Doing Wrong?

So I just recently started a humor/meme page (primarily funny videos) and I been gaining steam in terms of impressions, but they’re not resulting in followers. Today (Monday) I posted about 5-6 videos with about 8-12 medium sized hashtags on each video and got a total of 4.7K accounts reached with over 8k impressions from the past 3 days, which resulted in MAYBE 4-5 followers. Literally, I have 16 followers, 31 posts, and each post (video) has over 350 views (a few have over 2,000 views with a few hundred “likes”) and over 50-75 “likes”. I don’t get it - my content is spot on and my captions are perfectly aligned...with the amount of people I’m following (few hundred) and the amount of “likes” I do a day (200-300) you’d think I’d have at minimum 100 followers from the past 3 days. Does anyone see any disconnect here and can advise to possibly do something differently? Go private? I don’t know. Any advice would greatly help!

If you are using a business account for the Instagram page, the reach is lower.
That's what I heard last time.

Same here organic reach has dropped drastically. I tried all sort of things but no improvement. This from gathering even upto 10k likes for a single post to now, not even touching 1k for similar posts
