What am I doing wrong

So i made a landing page offering free ebook if customers enter their email and I send them the ebook by email. Promoting on bing ads and spend 25$ by now and got just 3 addresses. It is a free landing page without custom domain though. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

Edit: I am pretty new in this whole thing so don't go rough on me

It may depend on a combination of factors: the niche, the target (keywords must be very related to the offer), the quality of your landing page, your copywriting skills (did you use a credible and persuasive language on your landing page and on the ebook cover?).
