Hello guys..

For the last 8-9 months I have been running a website that sells a product in the Sound Effects niche. I have seen only basic returns. Something like $50-$60 a week. I know for a fact that this product has a lot of potential. I have done all the keyword research and found the search volume to be very high. I even got the site on the 1st-2nd page of google after using some of the services from bhw members. But still the returns seem to be only basic.

I did everything from: Blogging, commenting on blogs, Forums posts, Twitter, Facebook interactions, Email marketing (100k emails database - relevant)

but still i don't seem to be reaching out to very many people at all. My daily unique visitors are only 10-11 per day. and still I am making at least $50 a week

My product is literally the best in the market in terms of price and the quality you get for that price. Which is why even with so little traffic there are still sales.

But how do I reach large numbers? I know that if I can reach at least 1000 visitors per day the product will sell like hot cakes.. But how do I reach them?

What am I doing wrong? I really need some good advice and some people who can guide me in the right direction. I work 16 hours a day and I am literally committed to this, and I won't give up till i achieve the numbers I desire.

Really looking forward to you guys's comments. Thank you :)

Hi Lucas,
Could you recommend some good keyword research tools?
I've gone through the forum but I'm really confused as to which tool I should use for keyword research.

Thanks.

Try Keyword Blaze Pro - niche storm option is pretty strong to come up with some long tail keywords

My suggestion is collect the competitor backlinks source, and try to build links or buy the link from that source. Also research your keyword using best tool.

Have you considered targeted website ads buying from platforms such as buysellads rather than seo or social marketing?

It is tricky to be specific without knowing exactly what you have already and what you are selling.

But basically look what your competitors are doing and offer something better in the same ad space.

This is the most used keyword research tool. https://adwords.google.com/KeywordPlanner

Make sure to click where it says broad, click the little edit icon, and select 'match exact search term'.

You need an adwords account. They are free. Go to google, type in traffic travis, then after you download it, hit the SEO tab and click competition. Input your keyword and then scroll to the right and click "view details". Traffic Travis will generate a report based on the top 10 results of the first page. From there you can gauge which keywords to try and rank for.

Try reaching out to some other blogs/websites in your niche and ask them to be your affiliate. You'll obviously need to give them a % of the profit from each sale, but it could be a great way to boost your sale count tremendously.

You find a lot of them take banner ads on platforms such as buysellads, check if they do as it is an easier and quicker way to test them out.

After doing a deep research on Affiliate Marketing I realized this was the best option for me. I setup an account with Post Affiliate Pro on my website and started contacting as many affiliate marketers as I could. Initially it seemed like no one was willing to sell Music & Sound Effects based products. But I realized just like other things in life, you have to dive in REALLY deep to get the results you truly want. As i dug deeper I found there was a MASSIVE number of Affiliate Marketers who very well understood the Sound Effects industry and had made contacts since their time in selling music and royalty free sounds for years.

Now the key is just to work hard everyday and slow grow my Affiliate group. I just want to bring this to everyones notice, especially the guys who are only just started out. Do not overlook the Affiliates Marketing domain. This is a huge aspect of anyone's success who is truly making money online. Once I got deep into Affiliate Marketing I realized that all the TRULY successful businesses have a very successful affiliate marketing strategy.

Thank you everyone for taking the time to give your comments and advice. It is highly appreciated! :)

I'd say KW research too. Try EVERYTHING in your niche in terms of keywords, split test, make notes, work on the winners.
