What affiliates pay per FREE signups?

I use MaxRevenue from Adsyce, the average pay per signup is $2 with $0.35 register bonus and $0.65 for every referral signup on MaxRevenue. They also pay per clicks, likes, views... Type "Adsyce" on Google

the best affiliate program that I used is plus500.... it's a binary options platform but you only get money if the person sign's up and put some money on their account. But I got paid 500$

The affiliate I'm using right now is pretty awesome.. but its an adult site.. they only pay $1 per free signup.. but I'm making $2,000 USD or more per month and have only been doing this a month and a half.. you can PM me on that if your interested but the point of this thread is for any other ones out there that myself or any other forum readers could cash in on?
