What affiliate network can I work with forex niche?

Hi BHW brothers,

I'm gonna promote some Forex companies: traderush, stockpair, binary option... by writing reviews about those networks. I know in traderush, stockpair or binary option itself has affiliate program which give me 100+ $ per user who registers through my ref link and invests money. However I'm looking for an affiliate network which has these company affiliate programs and I can promote them just using 1 account.
I'm also looking for some ebook write about strategy of investing money in these companies to make profit. Or maybe some tools can help. Because I need it to give the user who register through my ref link like a Bonus, and help them be confident to invest money.

Please give your suggestion.

i think clickbank just started in the forex niche, might check there.
 
Clicksure cpa is made up of mostly forex niche.
 
Why would you want them all under one program? Because you will get paid less, or because if your account gets banned, you lose all your money? I really do not see any advantage.
 
If you want to go through a middle man you should know you will probably be getting less than what you should. I always recommend doing some proper research and asking the right questions. Primarily, do they take US traffic, do they require trading to trigger the commissions, what is the minimum deposit?
