what ads?

hello,
i was surfing the web and i clicked on an ad... the resultant page showed like a search page with sponsored results
i am a publisher myself (a new one)... but i cant figure out what these ads are and which ad network usually publish these search result ads... help anyone..

p.s.. i am unable to post links and the attachment link dosent work so i cant explain it visually..
