What action would you take with this Etsy store

Hi all, someone bought my digital stuff from my Etsy store and now sells it cheaper in their Etsy store. I reported them on Etsy, but got no reply from the legal team. Any ideas on how to get their listings removed? My sales tanked because they sell my stuff for less

What about contacting support chat and he tell you what to do?

i was in this situation. images stolen with my paid models and description copy pasted as well

want to know the outcome?

after many reports to customer service providing all evidence to them that my listings (about 10) all best sellers. copy pasted stolen images etc word for word. its obvious to etsy because my listing was made 2 years prior to the seller even selling on etsy

don't fucking bat an eye at this asshole who stole your shit. he probably got me mass reported to remove me from the competition.

Reason for suspension, not handmade!

like WTF they literally stole EVERYTHING on my listing from photos with models I paid to shoot with to my description.

Theyre still selling the items with my photos and description.
While I am missing out on all the money and trying to figure a way out whos dick I have to suck to get back on etsy

wait for the support reply. They will reply you sooner or later. or if you friends who have account on etsy ask them to report the listing. More number of reports may also result in removing their listing.
