What accounts can like comments

I'm wondering what accounts should i buy to enable option of liking comments.
I have my own accounts more than 3 years old with videos , and they likes are not visible.
Also i have bought a couple accounts from 2007 with old videos and their likes are ghosted too.
So i can't really imagine what should i do to get my youtube comment likes visible.
Does anyone have any tips for that?

Account age doesn't matter. I'm still trying to find out how to deliver upvotes. It's not easy now.

Have you got any success? I want to try downloading new videos , channel likes and subscribe , to make my accounts more active..

Not yet any 100% success at the moment. Have to research much more.

What is "make activity"? Is it video liking , commenting , video uploading or what?
And how long should i do this to open liking comments function?

Try liking comments on normal videos and comments and see if they stick if not then those accounts are ghosted.
But if likes stick on normal comments then the comment which you are trying to like is marked as spam.

I'm trying to like normal comments , but likes are ghosted(
And that is really strange , but i have no problems with others - i can like videos, comment , etc

Maybe someone had success with warming up account for comment likes?

The accounts need activity. Watch videos, occasionally engage, etc. Takes time to warm up accounts for upvoting.
