What about your sight working all the day on PC?

How many hours do you work watching a pc screen?
What is the maximum suggested time to spend on it daily?
Never had troubles for making working your eyes hard on pc?

In these days I'm having some little issue with my right eye, maybe is due to something that has nothing to do with pc, but I have to go to medical center...

someone else want to share some experience and/or some suggestion about how to work without making your eyes working too hard?

Yes my parents always warn me that my eyes are gonna be bad when i'm older from staring at the computer so much

just get up an do something else every once in a while, don't sit at the computer continuously for too long.

also, i find that lowering the monitor brightness really helps in reducing eye strain.

just working 8 hours since 2 weeks ago.

my eyes had become really red.
thus, decided to stop staring at my laptop in the night.

your health is more important than money.
