What about trying old stuff in new countries? Any idea?

Most of the ideas(from new services to sites with all kind of niches) is created in english. What about taking those (read stealing :/) ideas and creating a monetization method that haven't used in the countries that the national language isn't English?

most good services have different language versions for the countries they can monetize
You can spend lots of money and time to create a translated version to discover that the users in the other countries are not interested in paying for that service.

Do you mean just translating sites for ads? Or translating different services / gigs?
