If you change FB ads account to personal from bussiness before payment, are you gonna be charged VAT?

By mistake advertised as Bussiness for personal reasons. I wan't to pay as individual with VAT, but at the time of ad, I was still set up as bussiness.
Haven't paid my balance yet and already corrected to "Personal". (The balance is under $2, FB wont charge me automatically so I'm gonna hold the payment until I know what to do with it.)

I know it wouldn't be any big deal, but I want to know just for the future.

Alreade wrote to support, but it been like 2 months and they are not responding. What should I do? What would you do?

Thanks for answers.
I know it's "Pff, just $2 dollars, why make fuss over it?" for someone, but I don't want to get into trouble because of that.

VAT = value added tax .
If you are posting ads for business purpose then you have to pay VAT.

The exact VAT rules depend on which country you operate from. But since you purchase ads for personal, you should not worry about (not) paying VAT correctly. It will be the responsibility of the supplier / provider (Facebook) to bill you the correct way and not yours, as long as you indicated in your settings correctly as what you are purchasing ads for. Remember that purchasing ads for personal means that you do not engage in any commercially driven activities, otherwise Facebook will define it as business activity regardless.
