It depends on what you are interest and what you can do, but I would suggest you Technology. You can cover latest tech updates, tutorials, Software downloads etc., And concentrate on Youtube Channel as well. It will be adding more power to your blog.

There are many niches like dogs,cats,girls fashion, nature, tattoo, quotes, etc etc etc. but make sure choose the one you are interested to invest time in with.

What is the need getting a niche that you can't get quality content on? i personally believe content is the king and every niche is marketable as long as you gat the right stuffs to share afterall virality does not solely depend on a niche, any niche with good content and proper promoting techniques can go viral.
1) Find your passion
2) Stick to it and provide good contents for it
3) Promote it linking with potential IG accounts that would like your content (e.g interact off popular accounts in your niche)
4) When properly grown, Monetize
5) That answers your question mate

There is no such niche as good or bad niche. Every niche has its own advantages/disadvantages. The right question should be "what is an easy niche to start with"
Answer : Something you feel you could write about, with less competition and less keyword difficulty. Now the thing is, if you are starting with an easy niche, the cpc would be lower (most of the time). That's up your creativity about how you decide to monetize that traffic Best of luck
