I have a educational website where will give outbound links for the Job recruitments and Results links , WHat should be those links wether ******** or Nofollow ?

It is up to you I think. If you have do-follow links that will mean you are doing a favor some resources you are linking to.

Its should be no-follow for external links from your website.

Unlike inbound links, which send visitors to other pages on your website, outbound links send visitors to entirely different sites. If another website links to you, it is considered an outbound link....Do-follow links pass on ranking power from your website to the target page, while no-follow links do not.

Probably use nofollow links. And also make one or more make ******** links whose site have high authority, good metrics. Those site will promote your site ranking.

I would go for nofollow to avoid any chance of link juice dilution
also, that can be useful for google ai (not sure, I just presume)
